This 60-minute morning class is a guided somatic reset designed to help participants clear residual stress, reconnect with their bodies, and begin their day from a place of steadiness and awareness.

Participants will:

  • Learn how the body naturally discharges stress
  • Practice gradual shake and release techniques
  • Explore grounding and energetic boundary awareness
  • Leave feeling regulated, clear, and centered

This experience is accessible to all levels and welcomes mixed-gender participation. No prior experience with energy work or somatic practices is required.

Chakra Focused Yoga Flow is a dynamic, breath-connected practice designed to align and energize the body’s seven main energy centers. Each class highlights a different chakra, using intentional movement, poses, and breathwork to bring awareness and balance to that specific area.

Through thoughtfully sequenced flows, you’ll explore the physical and emotional qualities associated with each chakra—building strength, flexibility, and mindfulness along the way. Classes may incorporate grounding postures, heart-opening sequences, core activation, or restorative elements depending on the chakra of focus.

Each week will focus on one of the seven chakras:

  • Root Chakra (Muladhara) – grounding, stability, security
  • Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana) – creativity, emotion, flow
  • Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) – confidence, power, energy
  • Heart Chakra (Anahata) – love, compassion, connection
  • Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) – communication, expression, truth
  • Third Eye Chakra (Ajna) – intuition, insight, awareness
  • Crown Chakra (Sahasrara) – consciousness, clarity, connection

Candle Lit Sound Bath and Yin YogaCandle Lit Sound Bath and Yin Yoga

A sound bath is an immersive meditative experience where participants are "bathed" in sound waves, and vibration to promote relaxation, and mental clarity.

Through out the sound bath participants will be guided through a series of Yin yoga poses sequenced to promoted deep, gentle stretching and relaxation. Each pose will be held for one to five minuets and can be modified to suit every person comfortably.
